swipeto是一款 iOS 照片回顾工具，提供「那年那天」「随机回顾」「回顾整理」「管理相册」等功能，帮助用户在授权范围内查看和整理个人相册回忆。

1. Service Description

swipeto is an iOS photo review tool that provides “That Year, That Day”, “Random Review”, “Review & Tidy”, and “Album Management”, helping users view and organize personal album memories within the scope of authorization.

二、使用规则

你应确保对设备、照片和相册内容拥有合法使用权限。你不得利用本 App 从事侵犯他人隐私、知识产权或其他合法权益的行为。

2. Acceptable Use

You must ensure that you have the legal right to use your device, photos, and album content. You may not use this app to engage in activities that infringe on the privacy, intellectual property, or other legitimate rights of others.

三、订阅与自动续费

如 App 提供高级功能或订阅服务，购买、扣费、自动续费、取消订阅和退款均遵循 Apple App Store 规则。你可以在 iOS 账户订阅管理中查看或取消自动续费。订阅权益以 App Store 实际购买状态为准。

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

If the app provides premium features or subscriptions, purchases, charges, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds all follow Apple App Store rules. You can view or cancel auto-renewal in your iOS account’s subscription management. Subscription entitlements are determined by your actual purchase status on the App Store.

4. Disclaimer

swipeto strives to provide a stable and clear review experience, but does not guarantee that all photo metadata is completely accurate, nor that the service will remain available on every device, OS version, or permission state. Functional issues caused by system permissions, device storage, Apple services, or force majeure will be addressed within a reasonable scope.

五、知识产权

swipeto的界面设计、文案、图形、代码和品牌元素受法律保护。你保留自己照片和相册内容的权利；使用本 App 不会改变你对个人照片内容的所有权。

5. Intellectual Property

The interface design, copy, graphics, code, and brand elements of swipeto are protected by law. You retain the rights to your own photos and album content; using this app does not change your ownership of your personal photo content.

六、协议变更与终止

我们可能因功能调整、合规要求或运营需要更新本协议。若你不同意更新内容，可以停止使用 App 或取消订阅。

We may update this agreement due to feature adjustments, compliance requirements, or operational needs. If you do not agree to the updates, you may stop using the app or cancel your subscription.
